Sunday Attire

Today was such a nice sunny day in Sydney! It also marked 8 years with my boyfriend Jack and he surprised me by taking me for lunch at Cafe Sydney. We had a really lovely meal, followed by a walk around the Botanical Gardens and ice-cream. We hung around the city to watch the Vivid light show once it got dark which was awesome! 

For my outfit, I went for a lighter colour scheme which I don't normally do. I'm always trying to get out of my comfort zone with fashion and I really loved this cream and white outfit. 

My cream pants are from Asos which I bought recently and this white silk shirt I bought at H&M in Singapore. I wore my favourite shiny flats from Witchery and Louis Vuitton speedy handbag.

Midi Skirt Trend

The mini skirt is out and the midi skirt is in! So I've finally caught onto the midi skirt trend and I'm loving it! 

I have a feeling I'll get plenty of wear out of this pretty Asos dress I bought recently. I love the unusual pattern and colours - it's perfect for a daytime casual look. I'm yet to play around with styling, but can't wait to add a belt, some black pumps and a blazer for a chic work outfit. 

I'm definately going to be hitting up Asos for some more midi skirts in a number of colours - I did see a bright bubble gum pink one which I had my eye on. I think this trend is flattering and you can really dress it up or down with some nice flats like I have done.

I Spot You

It's really feeling like Winter now, but that doesn't mean you can't incorporate lighter colours into your everyday wear. I just bought these cream, crepe pants from Asos and had to put an outfit together with them. I love the structured, cigarette pant trend at the moment. They're slimming and add clean cut elements to your outfit. My spotty top is from Trenery and matches perfectly with the pants. I added gold accessories with the look, nude pointed heels and a bold red lip for a pop of colour. I just love this fun, preppy look!
